Directions to the Mkuze Game Reserve by road

• From Durban on the N2 north, the turn-off to the Mkhuze Game Reserve is signposted 35 km north of Hluhluwe.
• This road is gravel.
• After 15 km turn right at the signposted road over the Lebombo Mountains. Badly potholed section of tar here.
• The entrance is 10 km from the turning and is clearly signposted. Take care of cattle and goats on the road.
• Visitors from the north should take the road through Mkuze Village, turn right onto the gravel road which is 18 km from the entrance gate and 28 km from Mantuma Camp.
